The public source is distributed under the FSL-1.1-ALv2 license. Each release becomes Apache-2.0 two years after publication. Your use of the source is governed by that license. Cerid is self-hosted: you run it on your own infrastructure and you are responsible for your deployment, your data, and any model-provider keys you configure.

Cerid does not offer a paid subscription, a trial, or a license key. This website does not take payment. There is no enterprise tier.

If you believe a charge was made in error, write to hello@cerid.ai.

Do not use Cerid to break the law or to infringe someone else's rights. You are responsible for the content you ingest and the model providers you connect.

Cerid is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Model output can be wrong. Verify anything that matters.

These terms may change. A material change updates the effective date above.
